Fold farm has been home to our family for three generations.

My grandfather, Glynn was originally from a small rural village in Wales but made the brave decision to move to London and start farming the 100 hectares here in 1968. Throughout the years to follow he focused on producing the best milk possible and supplied it to the local community in his milk van. He was eventually then joined by my father in the running of the farm.

However in more recent years as milk prices began to fall we had to look at how we could diversify. We have always had a sweet tooth for a great creamy ice cream so in 2014 we decided that we should build on our passion and start making our own ice cream. Now in the hands of myself and my wife, Fiona it remains very much a family business.
