Make your child’s birthday a truly unforgettable experience at our idyllic Ice Cream Farm where you can find a little piece of the countryside on the edge of London. With a range of party options available, we believe that we can help cater for any celebration, whether it is big or small! At Lewis of London, we combine the joy of celebration with the delight of delicious, handcrafted ice cream and acres of vibrant green space, creating the perfect backdrop for a magical day of laughter and fun!

THE PARTY PEN

If you’re looking for a birthday party package which is intimate but also affordable then why not hire our Party Pen. Enjoy a cozy picnic-style setup in a exclusive fenced off space in our field allowing the kids to run free whilst the grown ups get to relax on the picnic benches! Each party guest (child) will receive a mini moo’s lunchbox which contains a sandwich, crisps, biscuit, box of raisins and a carton of juice, all finished off with a tub of our delicious ice cream.

The area can be hired for 2 hours and the package is based on 10 party guests (children). Accompanying adults are free.

Total Cost: £70

What’s included in our party package:

  • 2 hour hire of our Party Pen area
  • Based on 10 party guests – Any siblings are counted as party attendees. Under 1’s are free.
  • A small fenced off area with picnic benches for you and your guests to enjoy
  • A ‘Little Moo’s lunch box’ for each party guest
  • A delicious tub of ice cream for each party guest

Please note that we are an outdoor venue and usually have glorious sunshine but in the event of bad weather, we do not offer refunds or transfers.

The Party Cabin

If you’re looking for a party that will keep the little ones entertained then how about hiring our party cabin which is located in one of our exclusive fenced off party areas and has its very own bouncy castle! Each party guest (child) will receive a mini moo’s lunchbox which contains a sandwich, crisps, biscuit and box of raisins finished off with a tub of our delicious ice cream. This party package is perfect for our mini moo’s aged between 1-7 years old

The area can be hired for 2 hours and the package is based on 30 party guests (children). Accompanying adults are free.

Total Cost: £370

What’s included in our party package:

  • 2 hour exclusive hire of one of our Party Cabins and surrounding enclosed grass area
  • Unlimited and exclusive use of our birthday bouncy castle!
  • Based on 30 party guests (children) – Any siblings are counted as party attendees. Under 1’s are free.
  • A ‘Little Moo’s lunch box’ for each party guest
  • A delicious tub of ice cream for each party guest
  • Unlimited jugs of squash and water.
  • Access to our Bluetooth speaker so have your birthday playlist at the ready!
  • Access to our party kiosk which is situated in the birthday party area for any additional hot or cold drinks or ice cream tubs that you or your guests may want to purchase on the day (please note these are not included as part of the party package. Tabs are available upon request)
  • Access to the party cabin 30 mins prior to your official party time in order to set up as well as 30 minutes extra once your party time has finished in order to pack up.

The Party Tipi

Our brand new beautiful giant Tipi is nestled within our oak tree woods. Sat upon a rustic wooden decking in your own private one acre wooded field, our tipi has a double doored porch and a panoramic window that can be opened to enjoy this magical secluded spot of the countryside.

Whether you’re planning a festival-themed birthday party or a joyous christening, our Tipi provides the perfect canvas for your vision. The tranquil surroundings and rustic charm create an atmosphere that’s both intimate and grand, setting the stage for memories that will last a lifetime.

Aswell as enjoying the Tipi, your guests will have access to our party kiosk where they can choose from a selection of hot and cold drinks. And what’s a party without a scoop (or two) of our scrumptious ice cream? For your convenience, we can even open a tab if you wish to treat your guests.

Our aim is to be able to cater to whatever event you are planning so we have some party packages available below but if your vision goes beyond our packages, fear not! Send us an email with the details of your dream celebration, and our dedicated team will work with you to create a bespoke experience that suits you.

Sizing

Diameter: 10m covering an area of 83m2 and seating 40 people – there is of course much more seating outside of the tipi in the wooded area on picnic benches.

Party Package A: Dry hire The Party Tipi

Total Cost:  £260

FAQ

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks before the date of the party. A 50% refund will be made to any cancellation made prior to 3 weeks before the date of the party. Any cancellations after this date will not receive a refund.

 

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We ask for full payment at the time of booking.

 

What happens if it rains?

We are an outdoor venue and hate it as much as you do when it rains. But we do NOT provide refunds or transfers due to bad weather. The bouncy castle has a roof so can be used in light rain. Only on very rare occasions that there is severe weather would you be unable to use the bouncy castle as it would be deemed unsafe.

 

Can we use the other facilities on site?

Yes you are more than welcome to use the other facilities e.g. playground. But children should be supervised by an accompanying adult whilst doing so.

 

Can we arrive early to set up?

Yes the party pen is available for you to set up 30 minutes before the start time and should be vacated no later than 30 minutes after booked slot. Customers who exceed this time will be charged.

 

Can I put up decorations and balloons?

Yes you are more than welcome to bring your own decorations to put up. Please do not use any pins or staples to attach them and ALL decorations must be removed before you leave or you may be charged. Please also do not bring any confetti or pinata’s with tissue paper.

 

Is there music?

Yes there is a speaker that you can connect to via bluetooth. (not available in the Party pen option)

 

Can I bring my own food to the party?

You are welcome to bring your own snacks, nibbles and drinks to the party to accompany the food that we provide. We ask for no glass on site.

 

Can I bring an entertainer?

Yes you can bring your own entertainer and there is a power socket accessible. (not available in the Party pen option)

 

Will there be drinks?

Yes there will be unlimited jugs of water and squash available throughout the party. (not available in the Party pen option)

 

What does the lunch box contain?

Each child will receive their choice of either a cheese or ham sandwich or vegan cheese sandwich, a packet of pom bears, biscuit and a box of raisins.

 

What if a child has an allergy or special dietary requirement?

We offer vegan alternatives for all the food along with a gluten free option and vegetarian options too. Please just make a note of this on the booking form. Unfortunately we are not able to cater for kosher diets.

 

Can we bring our own cake?

You are more than welcome to bring a birthday cake for the party. We ask that you please bring your own knife, candles and matches. Also any napkins etc that you would like to package the cake in.

 

Do you provide cutlery etc?

Yes we provide, cutlery, plates, napkins, cups for any food and drink that we provide. If you are bringing any of your own snacks and drinks then please bring your own cutlery, plates etc to serve these.

 

Can we set up a tab?

Yes, we can help arrange this for you on the day.
